Nell at 555 Apartments, a Fairfield Residential community in Herndon, VA, is seeking a proactive Community Manager for a new Lease-Up with 399 units. You’ll lead a dynamic team, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing financial reporting, executing marketing programs, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Competenze

• Experience leading multifamily property management teams.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, P&L, GL).
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and compliance.

• Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate move-ins and investor tours.
• Lead marketing programs and maintain online presence.
