Job summary

TG Natural Resources seeks a mid-level Lease Operator responsible for safe, efficient daily operations of our natural gas system. The role requires performing duties independently or with help as needed, including traveling to sites to monitor gauges, levels, fluids, and pressures.

You will inspect locations for leaks, document inspections, and report any issues or production losses to the supervisor promptly. Strong work ethic and ability to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of oilfield experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform simple daily tasks with hand tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• A steady work history and strong work-ethic.
• Goal driven/forward thinking
• Ability to learn and retain task knowledge

Responsibilities

• Travel to each location to gather, record, and report all relevant information (gauges, levels, fluids, pressures, production, etc.).
• Inspect locations for leaks, spills, and recognize issues; contact supervisor with relevant issues or production loss.
• Record and process paperwork, inspections, timecards, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Identify and diagnose problems on location and repair without supervision.
• Maintain and increase production through proper daily operations with available tools and equipment.
• Perform all other duties for which the employee is qualified and trained.
