Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test if required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily operational checks of wells and production facilities.
• Measures and records production accurately.
• Submits daily oil, gas, and water production reports.
• Identifies changes in individual well performance.
• Conducts production tests using SOPs.
• Performs minor equipment repairs or requests maintenance when needed.
• Witnesses purchasers, gauges, and tests to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains lease-site upkeep including fences, signs, weeds and trash.
