Job summary

Dart Transit is seeking experienced CDL-A Lease Operators to join its driver-focused fleet. You will choose your loads and routes, enjoy a true no forced dispatch environment, and have the flexibility to tailor your schedule while earning on a high-commission pay structure.

Expect 75% of line haul pay with typical weekly earnings between $1,500 and $2,000. Modern equipment, and opportunities for Lease Purchase or Owner Operator paths with fuel incentives during orientation.

Qualifications

Dart Transit is hiring experienced CDL-A Lease Operators looking for high-paying owner operator jobs, flexible schedules, and the ability to choose your own freight. This is a true no forced dispatch trucking job where you control your routes, miles, and income.

Pay Benefits:

• 75% of line haul pay (high percentage pay structure)
