Lincoln Property Company in Orlando is seeking a Lease Administrator to manage a portfolio of properties, abstract lease terms, and support accurate billing and compliance with lease agreements.
Responsibilities include documenting key terms, tracking critical dates, assisting with audits and reporting, and maintaining orderly files and a lease administration database. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ related experience are preferred; in-office work only.
The Lease Administrator maintains and administers lease records for an assigned portfolio of properties, abstracting lease terms, tracking critical dates, and supporting accurate billing and compliance with lease agreements.
