Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead real estate initiatives across North America’s logistics facilities. You will handle lease negotiations, site selection and cross-functional coordination to support growth, new development, and efficiency.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate real estate, a TN affiliate broker license or willingness to obtain, and CCIM or MCR preferred, with strong MS Office skills for a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years in corporate/commercial real estate.
  • 2+ years in 3PL or distribution warehousing preferred.
  • TN affiliate broker license or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
  • CCIM or MCR designation preferred.
  • Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead real estate market intelligence, site selection and pricing.
  • Negotiate incentives, leases, amendments and terminations.
  • Manage lease administration and critical date tracking in systems.
  • Oversee rent payments, budgets, forecasts, and capex requests.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and environmental standards.
  • Manage brokers, contractors, counsel and vendors; conduct audits.
  • Support M&A real estate due diligence and integration.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Join a company where your contributions help move the world forward—one shipment at a time.About the PositionThe Senior Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing and executing real estate initiatives across a portfolio of logistics and warehouse facilities in North America. Working within a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment, this role supports customer growth, new facility development, and real estate strategy to ensure scalable, cost-effective site solutions. The Senior Manager will handle lease negotiations, site selection, and cross-functional coordination to support operations, business development, and facility expansions.FunctionsResponsible for real estate market intelligence, surveys, site selection and pricing during the RFP processEvaluate location criteria including labor, access to transportation corridors, proximity to customer hubs, and building specsNegotiate incentives and tax abatements with local, county and state municipalities, letter of intents, leases, amendments, renewals and termination agreements.Manage lease administration activities, including but not limited to, lease abstraction into Costar Lease Management software, critical date tracking and reporting, maintaining applicable legal documents and pertinent information in the system and lease files.
