About The Role
We are seeking a Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist to join our Learning and Technology Adoption team. This role will focus on delivering high-impact technology training, personalized coaching, and ongoing user support to help attorneys and business professionals work efficiently and confidently in a modern legal environment.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for technology education and user adoption, along with a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly generative AI and legal technology.
Experience with legal AI solutions such as Harvey, CoCounsel, Vincent, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Technology Innovation
- Deliver foundational training on generative AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible use within the legal industry.
- Train attorneys and business professionals on AI tools such as Harvey, CoCounsel, Vincent, and other emerging legal technology platforms.
- Demonstrate practical AI use cases that improve productivity, research, drafting, analysis, and everyday workflows.
- Stay current with developments in generative AI and legal technology.
- Recommend new training opportunities and adoption strategies based on emerging technologies.
Technology Training & Onboarding
- Deliver engaging live training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Train users on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, document management systems, communication platforms, and legal technology applications.
- Lead structured technology onboarding for new attorneys and business professionals.
- Customize training based on individual roles, workflows, and technology needs.
- Support organization-wide training initiatives associated with new technology implementations, software rollouts, and major system upgrades.
Personalized Coaching & Support
- Host in-person and virtual Technology Office Hours to provide one-on-one assistance.
- Provide personalized coaching, refresher training, and workflow-specific guidance.
- Help users adopt new technology with confidence and integrate tools into their daily work.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor for professionals adopting generative AI and modern workplace platforms.
- Identify recurring user challenges and recommend training or process improvements.
Learning Content Development
- Create practical and user-friendly learning resources, including:
- Quick-reference guides
- Tip sheets
- Step-by-step walkthroughs
- Short instructional videos
- AI best-practice resources
- Maintain and enhance the firm's internal learning resource library.
- Develop training content focused on real-world business and legal workflows.
- Create materials that simplify complex technology concepts for users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Needs Analysis & Collaboration
- Monitor training participation, feedback, and user trends to identify knowledge gaps and emerging training needs.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk, Practice Innovation Center of Excellence, Regional Advisors, and other technology teams.
- Coordinate training activities to support broader technology adoption and innovation initiatives.
- Gather user feedback and communicate insights to internal product, technology, and engineering teams.
- Help measure the effectiveness of training programs and technology adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4+ years of experience in technology training, learning and development, technology adoption, technical support, or a related role.
- Experience working in a legal, professional services, corporate, or similarly complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal technology platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to explain technology concepts clearly and in an approachable, confidence-building manner.
- Strong interest in generative AI, legal technology, and emerging workplace technologies.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Harvey, CoCounsel, Vincent, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities across teams and offices.
- Ability to work effectively with attorneys, business professionals, technical teams, and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting legal AI or legal technology adoption.
- Familiarity with Westlaw Precision, Lexis+, CoCounsel, Harvey, or practice-specific AI/LLM applications.
- Experience with learning and content-development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit, or Scribe.
- Background in adult learning, instructional design, technology coaching, or learning experience design.
- Experience developing technology adoption programs or firmwide training initiatives.
- Experience supporting AI enablement or digital transformation projects.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $140,000–$180,000 per yearWe offer a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, along with opportunities for professional development in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.
