Job summary

Trinity Basin Preparatory, Mesquite Campus, is seeking an Instructional Aide to support learning and growth for students under the supervision of the Principal. The role includes planning activities, providing small group and one-to-one instruction, and maintaining essential student data.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Educational Aide certification required.
• Must meet Highly Qualified status and communicate in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares instructional activities, materials, learning centers, and assessments as needed.
• Provides whole group, small group, and/or one-to-one instruction in inclusion and pullout settings.
• Conducts guided reading sessions and maintains related student data.
• Maintains student lists, tracking forms, and informational reports.
• Collaborates with the classroom teacher to maximize learning.
• Manages student behavior per codes and campus procedures.
