Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with LMS administrators or using LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with HR partners, facilitators, vendors, Communications, and business stakeholders required.
  • Experience preparing reports, tracking completions, managing rosters, and maintaining program documentation required.

Job Summary

The Learning Operations Specialist supports the planning, coordination, administration, and execution of learning programs that strengthen the Associate Experience (AX), leadership competencies and skills, culture, and organizational capability building. This role coordinates program logistics, schedules, participant communications, materials, LMS setup support, tracking, reporting, and documentation to help ensure learning initiatives are delivered consistently and efficiently. Working under the general direction of the Director and in partnership with HRBPs, COEs, Communications, facilitators, and vendors, this role helps maintain operational discipline and a seamless learning experience for associates and leaders. While the role may support light content updates or facilitation coordination, its primary focus is learning operations, logistics, administration, and execution support.

Learning Program Administration & Logistics

  • Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, participant communications, room or virtual setup, materials, and day-of logistics for learning programs.
  • Maintain program plans, timelines, checklists, calendars, and operational documentation.
  • Support facilitators, vendors, and internal partners to help ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Manage version control, records, and documentation needed to support consistent and audit-ready learning operations.

LMS Coordination & Learning Operations

  • Partner with the LMS team to support course setup, assignments, enrollments, rosters, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting requests, data updates, and workflow questions with LMS administrators.
  • Maintain learning catalogs and support content updates in partnership with LMS administrators and program owners.
  • Support routine process improvements that streamline learning administration and associate access

Program Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, facilitator guides, participant materials, and program records.
  • Support updates to program materials and documentation based on established guidance from program owners.
  • Track action items, dependencies, and follow-ups to help keep learning programs on schedule.
  • Help document lessons learned and routine process enhancements for future program delivery.

Reporting & Tracking

  • Track participation, completion, attendance, feedback, and other standard learning metrics.
  • Prepare routine reports, summaries, and status updates for program owners and HR partners.
  • Identify data gaps, follow up on missing information, and support accurate learning records.
  • Share operational observations and suggested improvements based on program feedback and reporting trends.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communications Support

  • Coordinate with HRBPs, COEs, Communications, facilitators, vendors, and business partners to support learning execution.
  • Prepare draft communications, calendar notices, reminders, and follow-up messages for learning programs.
  • Provide timely operational updates to program owners, facilitators, and participants.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)
  • Strong coordination, organization, and operational execution skills
  • Working knowledge of learning operations, LMS workflows, and training administration
  • Ability to manage schedules, logistics, materials, participant communications, and follow-up activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy
  • Ability to prepare standard reports and track learning participation, completion, and feedback
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation discipline
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and enterprise learning environments
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered where appropriate

  • Experience preparing reports, tracking completions, managing rosters, and maintaining program documentation required.
  • Experience in regulated industries strongly preferred

Final compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
