Job summary

MBE CPAs is seeking a Training Coordinator to support firmwide training programs, onboarding, and documentation that drive staff development and career progression.

The role includes developing training plans, facilitating new hire systems training, and maintaining CPE records to ensure compliance across the organization. Hybrid work from Baraboo office with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must design and deliver training programs and onboarding plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear documentation.
• Ability to map annual training plans and track progress.
• Experience with training needs analysis and evaluating impact on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for the team.
• Facilitate new hire systems training; act as ongoing resource for questions.
• Develop, schedule, and manage onboarding plans for new hires.
• Maintain documentation of CPE requirements and renewal timelines.
• Submit CPE records to appropriate entities and track compliance.
• Support firmwide training compliance and MBE University in isolved Learn & Grow.
