Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

The Learning + Development team is responsible for finding ways to help our team members thrive in their roles and enable them to grow a career at CAVA. We do this through leader-led coaching and training programs, on-the-job training and reference materials, and learning experiences provided through our Learning Management System (LMS).

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is the primary owner and subject‑matter expert for CAVA’s learning management system and learning technology. This role combines hands‑on LMS administration with strategic ownership of platform optimization, governance, integrations, reporting, vendor management and roadmap planning.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Docebo and multiple learning technology platforms, enabling them to make informed recommendations about platform capabilities, improvements and future‑state solutions. This role partners cross‑functionally with Learning + Development, restaurant operations, People + Culture, IT and other stakeholders to deliver a reliable, scalable and intuitive learning experience for CAVA’s distributed workforce.

  • Serve as CAVA’s primary LMS subject‑matter expert, advising stakeholders on platform functionality, governance, processes, troubleshooting and best practices
  • Establish and maintain LMS governance, documentation, workflows, access controls, data‑integrity standards and support processes
  • Manage LMS integrations, user provisioning, data flows and system connections in partnership with People + Culture, IT and other internal teams
  • Own the LMS roadmap by evaluating platform capabilities, emerging learning technologies and business needs to recommend enhancements, optimization opportunities, platform selection or potential migration
  • Manage the LMS vendor relationship, including business reviews, issue escalation, service expectations, product updates and roadmap alignment
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects involving Learning + Development, restaurant operations, People + Culture, IT and other business partners
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on adoption, utilization, engagement, completion, compliance and learner activity; analyze trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Lead platform releases and enhancements by coordinating testing, documenting changes, managing communications and evaluating business impact
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve the accessibility, usability and effectiveness of the LMS while maintaining appropriate security, privacy and access controls
  • Continuously assess LMS performance and deliver data‑informed recommendations that advance CAVA’s learning technology and Learning + Development goals
What Success Looks Like

  • LMS integrations, governance standards, documentation and operating processes are well‑maintained and aligned with business requirements

  • Learners experience a more intuitive, consistent and engaging learning journey
