Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training programs. The role includes creating curricula, exams, and supporting materials, with a focus on enterprise readiness and continuous improvement.

You will facilitate sessions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with training standards across locations. A four-year degree is preferred and travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and classroom facilitation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Amend and revise programs to adapt to changing work environments.
• Act as the content expert and maintain training documents and materials.
• Develop and create effective induction programs.
• Monitor and review trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and involved in e-learning package creation/delivery.
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Ensure all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.

Salary Range:

$54,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

Job Description:

• Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character;
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement;
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs;
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training;
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization;
• Amend and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt to the changes occurring in the work environment;
• Act as the content expert, and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted;
• Develop and create effective induction programs;
• Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers;
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques and identify where they are relevant, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning; and
• Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

• Up to 25% travel required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required. Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences;
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
