Job summary

The Bonadio Group seeks a Learning Experience Developer to turn approved designs into engaging self-study and virtual instructor-led learning. This role emphasizes hands-on development, using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud to deliver accurate, accessible, and CPE-compliant content.

You’ll collaborate with learning designers, SMEs, and stakeholders; create templates, job aids and assessments; and ensure brand alignment and NASBA/CPE standards compliance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development, digital media or related field.
• Minimum of two years creating multimodal training for adult learners.
• Advanced development skills in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 with custom interactions.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and multimedia design.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to course development for optimal learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive self-study eLearning, vILT and other modalities from approved designs and content.
• Build support materials such as slide decks, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids and assessments.
• Collaborate with content owners to align materials with firm branding and learning objectives.
• Create multimedia interactions that scale and re-use across programs.
• Publish and maintain SCORM packages in the LMS and test content.
• Ensure accessibility and adherence to CPE and NASBA/AICPA standards.
• Provide documentation, word counts, CPE calculations and audit-ready materials.
