Learning Experience Designer II - FEP

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered.

Hybrid Requirements: Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.

How you will make an impact
  • Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
  • Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborates with other content developers, operations management, technology consultants, specialists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
  • Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standardize development and reporting.
  • Actively maintains all content.
  • Participates in quality review process.
  • Adheres to all guidelines and style guides for creating learning content.
  • Participates in the peer mentorship program.
  • Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub‑teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
Minimum Requirements

Requires BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
  • Ability to apply knowledge of FEP processes for effective creation of new hire content.
  • Knowledge of instructional design concepts for design of effective learning solutions.
  • Prior experience using Articulate Rise and/or Articulate Storyline required.
  • Prior experience designing simulations or other contact center content.
  • Expertise in editing and proofreading documents.
  • Alignment with industry standards on design and development timeframes.
Salary

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $70,576 to $115,488.
