Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to orchestrate the design, development, and delivery of diverse learning experiences across its maintenance offerings. You will apply learner‑centered design, collaborate with SMEs, and leverage SCORM, multimedia, and other formats to enable knowledge transfer and skill development.

The role requires a Bachelor's in ID/IT/Education (Master's preferred), and 5+ years in learning/adult education with 3+ years

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Education is required.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • ATD Master Instructional Designer certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Learning Technology Administration is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects and teams for on‑time, high‑quality learning transfers.
  • Apply learner‑centered design to needs analyses, learning outcomes, and design plans with SMEs.
  • Create compelling learning experiences across formats and stay current on learning science and technology.
  • Leverage technology to develop content in print, graphics, multimedia, SCORM, audio, and video.
  • Travel as necessary and perform other tasks as assigned.
