Qualifications

• Experience enhancing learning of individuals and small groups through explicit teaching.
• Ability to develop respectful relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Capacity to use data to inform decisions about learning and teaching.
• Ability to administer, analyse, and interpret diagnostic tools to pinpoint gaps.
• Adapt tier-2 and tier-3 materials in real time using visuals and manipulatives.
• Measure student growth over short cycles using progress monitoring.
• Build psychological safety and growth mindset in students with learning difficulties.
• Communicate student data, goals and strategies with teachers, specialists and parents.
• Use Personal Learning Plans and SMART goals to assess progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and Allied Health professionals for student success.
