This role plays a critical part in advancing safety, reliability, retention, and business performance by ensuring employees are equipped to succeed. The L&D Site Leader will partner closely with site leadership, Human Resources, Corporate L&D, operations, and hourly trainers to strengthen technical training, onboarding, qualification processes, and employee development while applying Principle Based Management.
