Base pay range: $65.00/yr - $85.00/yr

Level: Experienced EF coach

Position Overview

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) seeks Educational Therapists or Coaches with experience in Executive Function plus Math intervention, serving students in grades 3-5.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thoughtful and patient EF coaching
  • Use assessments create dynamic study plans for students classified as "neurodivergent"
  • Conduct assignments online, at the client’s home, or at a neutral location such as a shared workspace
  • Sessions last 60‑90 minutes
  • Use supplemental curricula in concert with provided assessments and resources
Requirements
  • 3‑6 hours per week of availability
  • Bachelor’s degree earned (Master’s preferred)
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with EF-based learning, SPED, or math remediation strategies
  • Subject matter and lesson‑planning expertise
  • Ideal: >2 years of experience as a teacher or interventionist, strong academic background
