Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets students and initiates instruction.
• Instructs students per Sylvan program design.
• Manages students and time for balanced sessions.
• Evaluates student progress and records results.
• Uses praise and tokens to motivate students.
• Records tokens earned and tracks learning logs.
• Ensures safety and student well-being during sessions.
• Communicates student needs to Center staff.
• Attends staff meetings and ongoing training.
• Completes Sylvan program certification training.
