Schedule: 35–40 hours/week, 48 weeks/year
Pay: $30–$35/hour + Commission

You don't need to come in knowing how to manage a learning center. We're looking for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a leadership role.
No previous management experience required. We’re looking for motivated early‑career candidates who are excited to learn, take ownership, and grow into future leaders within our organization.

You’ll work closely with our curriculum, operations, marketing, HR, and training teams to improve processes, test new ideas, and help shape how our learning centers operate as we expand.

Our learning centers have 4 scheduled shutdown weeks each year:
Learning Center Manager → Regional Manager → Regional Director
This role is designed to develop future leaders within Think Zone.
You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, hands‑on management experience, and clear performance benchmarks as you develop your skills and take on greater responsibility.
As Think Zone continues expanding across the Bay Area, high‑performing Center Managers will have opportunities to help launch additional locations and move into multi‑center leadership roles.
