Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking a part-time professional for the Kumon Math & Reading Center of Palma Ceia in South Tampa. The ideal candidate will be organized and dependable, helping to lead daily operations.

Responsibilities include welcoming students, managing schedules, and supporting enrollment. Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with children are essential. Flexible hours include Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 2 PM – 6:45 PM, and Tuesdays 4 PM – 6 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
• Experience in education, administration, customer service, or leadership preferred.
• Enjoys working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students and families.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and parent communication.
• Support enrollment and new student onboarding.
• Grade classwork and homework accurately.
• Assist students during class and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support Early Learners and monitor student progress.
• Coordinate daily center operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with staff support and classroom management.
