Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA) is a private school serving Grades Pre‑kindergarten through 12 in Brooklyn Park, MN. MCA is hiring substitute teachers and substitute paraprofessionals for the 2025-2026 school year.

Substitute Teachers

Substitute teachers carry out the lesson plans for the teacher and establish/maintain order in the classroom to keep the classroom environment conducive to effective learning.

Qualifications: previous classroom experience and/or an education degree.

Paraprofessionals

Paraprofessionals work constructively with students, provide innovative and creative play, resolve conflicts, transition and supervise students from the classroom to the playground, and monitor students during lunch.

Qualifications: experience working with students, social/emotional aptitude, and good communication skills.
