  • Support facilitation of learning sessions where appropriate, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience.
Learning Operations & Data Management
  • Manage day‑to‑day learning operations, including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track program participation, completion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes and user experience, recommending enhancements where appropriate.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting hybrid learning environments (virtual, in‑person, and eLearning)
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate with increasing ownership and autonomy
