Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is launching Learn Derm, a 12-month training program for NPs and PAs who want to specialize in dermatology. Trainees will receive one-on-one coaching, participate in daily clinical rotations, and have access to self-paced study resources.

Upon completion, placement is guaranteed at a designated clinic location, with relocation as needed. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with a competitive salary of $60,000 during training and potential post-program compensation

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Passionate about dermatology and long-term growth.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to a post-training clinic.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment term after program completion.
• Submit 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts.

Learn Derm is a 12-month, immersive training experience led by our esteemed Physicians and Medical Market Directors. This program combines in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident, skilled dermatology provider. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed placement at a specific clinic location, which will be mutually agreed upon prior to receiving an official offer.
