Qualifications

Job description

The Mission

As Captain, you will set the standard for safety, service, and operational excellence on every flight. You’ll lead the crew, manage all phases of flight, and represent the brand with professionalism from briefing to shutdown.

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring strict compliance with company SOPs and FARs.
  • Plan and execute flights with precision: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and contingencies.
  • Champion a customer-first experience while maintaining a proactive safety culture and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate effectively with flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for on-time, efficient operations.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time, including logs, reports, and briefings.
  • Model calm, decisive leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Medical: Class 1

NTFR candidates who meet the above minimums are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience
  • PIC: Typed and current in LR-JET/LR-45
Additional Requirements
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Valid, unrestricted passport
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Ability to pass DOT FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA-compliant background check
  • Customer and Safety First mindset; service oriented, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused in fast-paced operations
