Job summary

Morgan Olson LLC is seeking a Supervisor - Warehouse to direct and coordinate all warehousing activities at its facility. You will oversee receiving, packing, inventory control, and ensure accurate data in the JDE system while maintaining timely delivery to work centers.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing/lean environment, plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency with Excel/Word and familiarity with MRP systems (JDE a plus) are expected.

Qualifications

2-3 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing/lean environment (JIT).
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of MRP systems; JDE knowledge a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the daily work of warehouse personnel.
Oversee inspection of incoming/outgoing products and initial damage assessments.
Investigate shipment discrepancies and resolve.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Ensure accurate data entry into the JDE system for inventory records.
Ensure timely and accurate materials delivery to work centers.
