Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies seeks an Industrial Engineer specializing in Lean and Continuous Improvement to drive production flow, quality and cost improvements. You will analyze performance data, develop standardized work, and coach teams on Kaizen and 5S methodologies across the plant.

Responsibilities include planning shop floor work, establishing labor standards, creating SOPs, and leading Kaizen events to reduce waste. Strong communication and ERP data input accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques (Kaizen, Standardized Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Experience in an aerospace environment preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and improve production flow.
• Develop capacity planning and SOPs to standardize methods and processes.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement of products and materials.
• Plan and schedule shop floor orders with operations, quality and engineering teams.
• Ensure accuracy of ERP data inputs and communicate changes to management.
