SCHOTT in Duryea, PA seeks a Lean Manager to drive transformation across production and supply chain. You will plan and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach teams, lead Kaizen workshops and relentlessly pursue cost reduction while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• 3-5 years in Lean Transformation and leadership.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification; strong English; communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Lean roadmap and measures with site management.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen workshops.
• Conduct MTM studies to improve processes.
• Coach plant colleagues in Lean & Six Sigma methods.
• Exchange experience with other BU Lean Six Sigma Managers.
• Ensure Code of Conduct/IMSU compliance.
