Job summary

Agrati Group, a global leader in fasteners and components, is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager in Indiana. You will drive Lean initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and improve productivity, quality, safety, and costs across facilities.

Key responsibilities include developing improvement strategies, managing projects, and mentoring teams to sustain a culture of continuous improvement. MBA or advanced degree is a plus, with 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience; at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational excellence strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and problem-solving techniques.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement events and ensure sustainable implementation of actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, and employee engagement metrics.
• Lead strategic improvement projects from concept through implementation and report results to leadership.
