Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Alamo, Tennessee seeks a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean transformations on the shop floor, improving safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost. You will lead Kaizen events, coach teams on 5S, Visual Management, and Standard Work, and deploy ITM Lean practices across the factory to raise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, materials or process improvement.
• Experience driving measurable operational improvements and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using ITM Lean practices across the factory.
• Identify opportunities with cross-functional teams to eliminate process waste.
• Facilitate Kaizen, Process Excellence, and SMED events to boost performance.
• Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
• Coach teams on Lean tools and deploy ITM practices for maturity.
