Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Development Project Manager to lead supplier assessments, develop standardized tools, and collaborate with major suppliers to improve delivery performance. The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) and a background in lean manufacturing principles.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business Management/Operations and at least six years of supply chain experience, with Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Operations is required.
• Minimum 6 years combined Operational and/or Supply Chain experience.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification in area of discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier assessments to determine ability to meet production rates.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve lead times and delivery performance.
• Provide on-site support to Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics.
• Mentor and coach problem-solving skills within the team.
