Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Lean Supervisor to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across our Manteno manufacturing facility in Illinois.

The role focuses on OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, employee engagement, and standardization to improve production efficiency and equipment utilization. Ideal candidates will have strong data interpretation, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in CI initiatives within high-volume or battery/EV production

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in lean manufacturing or CI roles.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with OEE systems and production metrics.
• Battery/EV or high-volume production domain preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Lean Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing initiatives across factory operations. Under the leadership of the Department Manager, this role leads OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, employee engagement initiatives, and standardization efforts to improve production efficiency, equipment utilization, and operational discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong team leadership and collaboration mindset.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence roles.
• Experience with OEE systems, performance analytics, and production metrics.
• Manufacturing experience in battery, EV, automotive, industrial, or high-volume production environments.
• Experience leading Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and CI initiatives.
