Hypertherm Associates seeks an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead enterprise‑wide improvement efforts from our Kent, WA location. This role champions Lean/Six Sigma integration, coaches belts, and drives significant project outcomes across functions.

You will design training, facilitate kaizen events, map value streams, and translate data into actionable improvements while communicating progress to sponsors and leaders.

Competenze

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven cross-functional improvement leadership.
• 5–10 years of experience leading complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Experience delivering sustained, measurable business results through Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, including applied statistics.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead change across an organization.
