Integra Technologies in Manchester, NH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality program within a growing, defense-oriented manufacturing environment. You will partner with manufacturing to uphold AS9100 and QML standards, drive process control, and ensure products meet strict military and customer specs.

The role directly manages QA staff, collaborates with Sales and Manufacturing Managers, and leads audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• BS in engineering or physical sciences from a fully accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, preferred.
• Experience with MIL-STD-883, 750, MIL-PRF-38535/4, and related standards, highly preferred.
• Experience within the military/aerospace industry (or other highly regulated industry), preferred.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and SPC, preferred.
• Due to export control rules, must be a US citizen.

Mansioni

• Maintain, enhance, and enforce the facility's AS9100 registered QMS and QML accreditations; lead audits and track KPIs.
• Provide clear leadership to quality personnel and assign accountability.
• Build quality into production through in-process inspection and supplier qualification.
• Lead customer interaction for onsite audits, corrective actions, and compliance issues.
• Champion continuous improvement to drive efficiencies in operations and processes.
