Stickley in Archdale, NC seeks a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily upholstery operations, applying Lean principles to improve safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. You will coach and develop production team members, manage schedules, drive Kaizen events and 5S, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing and HR to sustain continuous improvement and an engaged, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production teams and achieving operational goals.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Effective communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement goals.
• Coach, develop, and support production team members while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain daily and weekly work schedules and adjust plans to meet production goals.
• Responsible for product flow moving throughout the assigned departments.
• Drive Lean initiatives including Kaizen events, 5S, standardized work, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other teams to improve operations.
• Support employee growth through coaching, feedback, cross-training, and skill development.
