Commonwealth Rolled Products, Inc. in Lewisport, KY, is seeking a Production Operator to safely and efficiently contribute to the manufacturing process and deliver quality aluminum products.

The role requires the ability to operate multiple types of equipment, participate in continuous improvement activities, and work a schedule that may include overtime, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work overtime.

Responsabilités

• Work safely in accordance with company safety and environmental policies.
• Notify personnel of irregularities in equipment or materials.
• Operate equipment including forklift, skid steer, and overhead crane.
• Meet with supervisors and engineers to ensure outcomes meet standards.
• Troubleshoot problems using lean thinking and root cause analysis.
• Perform tasks across multiple departments as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist others as needed.
• Be flexible as job focus may change with operational needs.
