Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production control or manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing production schedules and material control processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, material flow, and machine shop processes.
• Proficiency with production planning software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules that align with customer requirements and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage material control processes to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production flow.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineering and machine shop teams to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
• Lead efforts to improve material handling and inventory management practices using lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Monitor production performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Supervise and mentor production control staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
