Responsible for championing and leading Lean initiatives at the Plant level by utilizing the company's WIN Strategy. Organizes associates in value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste in all office, factory and support functions. Measures and reports progress on an on-going basis using the Parker Lean System, financial performance measures and internal tracking InfoCenter. Transfers the ownership of lean principles to facility leadership.
Position reports to the Division Lean Manager but will also have a dotted-line relationship with the Plant Manager. Coordinates or provides full Lean education and implementation in all functions at the plant and / or facility level to insure sustainability.
This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
