Qualifikationen

• 24 years of Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, PMO, or Project Management experience.
• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) experience is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting, KPIs, financial tracking, or technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

About the Opportunity

The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Analyst will help support this transformation by working across product teams, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.

This role is focused specifically on Lean Portfolio Management. It is not traditional investment portfolio management.

Youll help leadership understand how technology investments are performing, whether initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy, and where teams may need additional support.

This is an excellent next step for someone with a few years of Analyst or Project Management experience who already has hands-on exposure to Lean Portfolio Management and wants to grow deeper into LPM, Agile, and product transformation.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years of Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, PMO, or Project Management experience
• Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) experience is required
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting, KPIs, financial tracking, or technology initiatives
• Experience working across Product, Technology, and business teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Millburn, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
