Job summary

A progressive residential construction company located in California is seeking a Lean Product Launch/Process Engineer to streamline product launches and optimize manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll lead NPI initiatives and apply lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in process engineering or lean manufacturing. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or lean manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in applying lean methodologies and Six Sigma.
• Experience with off-site construction or modular building is a plus.
