Forte Opening Solutions in Marshfield, WI is seeking a hands-on Lean Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams in a fast-paced doors/frames environment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while protecting KPI integrity.

You will coach associates in lean methods, standard work, and problem-solving, maintain Tier Board data, schedule across shifts, and drive continuous improvement through training and performance management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent manufacturing supervisory experience in wood, metal, or similar materials.
• Experience with lean methods and coaching teams in a production setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams in a lean, safe, and high-quality environment.
• Coach associates in lean tools, standard work, and performance management.
• Review metrics, drive root-cause actions, and maintain KPI visibility.
• Allocate people, machines, and materials to meet the Production Schedule.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members; enforce policy and law.
