Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent with hands-on machine shop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day machine shop and lower assembly operations.
• Set departmental goals and KPIs aligned with MSD objectives.
• Provide regular metrics on shipments, plant efficiency, and improvements.
• Develop manufacturing standards, methods, and process metrics.
• Lead RCCA initiatives and Lean manufacturing programs.
• Coach and mentor shop floor associates for performance objectives.
• Reduce waste, shorten lead times, and optimize inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
