Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for manufacturing engineering roles.
• 2–4 years of related experience preferred.

• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provides manufacturing engineering support for Final Assembly, Shipping, and Sub-Assembly operations.
• Develops and improves operation sequences, manufacturing processes, and packaging standards.
• Maintains and optimizes Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product structures; implements ECOs.
• Estimates manufacturing costs and establishes labor standards; suggests tooling and process improvements.
• Travels domestically and internationally to support customer-site audits and improvement projects.
