Job summary

The Site Manufacturing Engineer at Rensa Filtration in Archdale, NC will drive manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement at the site level, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations.

You will lead process improvement initiatives, support new product introductions and material trials, troubleshoot production issues, and provide technical leadership for manufacturing systems, equipment, and plant layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 2–5 years in a manufacturing engineering role or similar environment.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on process troubleshooting and equipment optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean initiatives and value stream improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support new product introductions and material trials.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Support equipment upgrades and plant layout optimization.
