Qualifications

• 5 or more years experience within a manufacturing engineering capacity, assembly oriented experience preferred.
• Solid grasp of lean principles and shop floor CI practices.
• Familiar with industrial standards and process layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes in an assembly environment.
• Create and manage BOMs, routers, and manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues.
• Design tooling, fixtures, automation, and test systems for quality and efficiency.
• Support lean process flow improvements and kaizen initiatives.
