Job summary

AMG Vanadium LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator at the Cambridge Facility to coordinate inbound vanadium-bearing raw material receipts and outbound shipments of finished goods. You will manage domestic and cross-border shipments, coordinate internal deliveries between Cambridge and Zanesville, and support the Supply Chain team to optimize operations.

You will report to the Logistics Lead and work with Operations, Sourcing, Sales and Distribution to ensure accurate documentation, on-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience in material handling, logistics, inventory control and/or supply chain management required.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills required (verbal, written, and listening skills).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Collaboration skills essential; team player at all levels of organization.
• Must be adaptable to change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement mindset.
• Competent in Microsoft systems and experience working in ERP system, JDE experience a plus.
• Obtain and maintain all required DOT training and certifications applicable to the position.
• Complete and maintain all required training in shipping documentation, to ensure accurate and retained documents according to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound vanadium-bearing raw material receipts.
• Coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods to customers.
• Manage domestic and transboundary shipments and receipts.
• Coordinate internal shipments between Cambridge and Zanesville facilities.
• Interface with internal and external customers to manage document flow throughout the Supply Chain.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner.
• Work with Accounting, Operations, Sourcing, EHS, and Sales to streamline processes and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Utilize Lean principles to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
