Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and implement cost-reduction activities while improving quality, safety, and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through change management and best practices.
• Develop Value Stream Mapping plans and Kaizen roadmaps for opportunities.
• Support President’s Kaizen events.
• Develop corrective action plans from Lean assessments.
• Uphold cost reduction programs to meet annual savings objectives.
• Train colleagues on Lean techniques and act as SME.
• Monitor KPI data and recommend root-cause actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
