Job summary

Reddy Ice Corporation is seeking a production associate to bag and stack ice onto pallets in a clean, organized, on-site facility. You will monitor bag integrity, quality, and deviations while maintaining safety and following the Master Cleaning Schedule.

The role requires basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs on a 12‑hour shift. Employees are expected to adhere to ethical standards and participate in continuous improvement activities using lean tools such as VSM, Kaizen, and

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED with basic math skills.
• Ability to count numbers and perform basic math accurately.
• Willingness to learn line operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stack a variety of products, 5lb–40lb, onto standard pallets with neat, square alignment.
• Monitor product quality: bags tied, foreign objects, yellow ice, deviations.
• Learn to start/stop the line when needed; follow Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain a safe work area and report hazards to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to Business Ethics and safety standards.
