Job summary

ITT is seeking an Industrial / Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the Seneca Falls Operations site, identify defects or waste using flow analysis, simulation, and value stream mapping, and devise methods to sustainably improve process capabilities.

You will lead or participate in teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, ensure facility efficiency and safety, and drive projects through DMAIC life cycles to meet cost, capacity, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with lean concepts, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply Industrial Engineering and Lean tools to improve flow and reduce costs.
• Lead Kaizen events and DMAIC projects to implement improvements.
• Ensure facility efficiency and workplace safety; communicate findings clearly.
