Job summary
A leading construction company in Texas is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with over 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project phases, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with standards. Proficiency in modern construction technology and lean principles is essential. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Experience with cold-formed steel (CFS) construction methods preferred.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Lead coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
